Appreciated the quick next-day appointment to change the sink pipes. Everytime I wash clothes the kitchen drain will flood, tried vinegar, baking soda, chemicals etc but nothing worked. Was looking for a good plumber and everyone I called quoted me sky high prices. Wish I called Mr Plumber before engaging ADM to clear my choked kitchen floor trap. Mr Plumber came an hour earlier dressed for work versus the other contractor who came in pretty clothes and did a half-hearted manual pump while trying to encourage me to do machine at a ridiculous price.While Mr Plumber I paid for Jet Spray machine service which was not cheap but not weird and crazy like ADM. Mr Plumber really put some effort in manual pumping too and managed to take out a huge oil blob combined using the jet spray machine. Hope it all goes well.read more

I had very low water level from my mixed shower tap. I communicated with Mr Plumber through WhatsApp as I had video and pic to share. The response was fast. Within an hour the matter was discussed and price quoted. They came on site within the day and stated time. Replaced my tap promptly. Price might look a little expensive. But it’s worth it for the prompt and professional service. A bit of advise, always be around the contractors and observe what they are doing. Like in my case, I bought a new shower head SET from Mr Plumber as the old shower head did not fit into the new tap. The contractors decided to use the old shower stand for the new shower head until I asked them why is the new stand not being used. The Plumber came almost half an hour before his appointed time and cleared the pipe blockage using high powered water jet. He also cleaned the hole below the waste water trap to eliminate smells from the waste water. Very good service, polite and knowledgeable. The only disappointment is that we called him on a Thursday, but he managed to come only on Saturday. I highly recommend Mr Plumber. Mr Oh is very responsive on WhatsApp, and very experienced in dealing with leaky pipes. He helped me diagnose my problem just with photos over WhatsApp and gave me a lot of very good advice. As my problem seems to be a concealed pipe issue that requires wall hacking, he adviced me to look for a main contractor to perform the repair works instead. My copper pipe was leaking under my kitchen false ceiling. My kitchen basin was leaking for months. It was drag so long because the first local chinese plumber my mom engaged told my mom that the whole basin need to be changed and spares was difficult to find due to the design was 15 over years already. After that no response from that plumber already where he said he will help us. I then happened to saw Mr Plumber page in Facebook recently so I decided to give it a try after reading so many positive reviews. I send a video of where it was leaking via whatapps yesterday and I gotten a reply with the quote within 10mins. Clearly stated 2 scenario that if this portion is leaking, the cost will be this amount. If another portion is leaking then the price will be another amount. I find that even for the worst scenario, the price quoted was affordable. I immediately engage the service and very fast the appointment was given for today at 6pm. The plumber arrived on time at 6pm this evening, a very polite foreign guy. He got it repaired within 20mins and clean up the little mess for me and still volunteer to help us clear our rubbish bin with all the old parts from my kitchen basin when he is leaving (we rejected his help as we know he still need to push his trolly with his big tools bag). His actions is commendable. Perfect service, no hidden charges and i really find it affordable. Taking into consideration on the transportation cost and the raw materials cost and the repair. Well done Mr Plumber. Hopefully i won’t have to engage for another service again soon as i hope that all my other household items don’t give me problems. Contacted Mr Plumber via whatsapp to get my storage heater fixed, he advised to get it replaced instead. Price was competitive and he did confirm it was all in, no hidden transport fees, etc. Very responsive.Would have left a 5 star review but there were many issues i had, even making me want to rate it 3 stars, but i have to be fair.- Workers came with the new heater on the trolley, when they came in to do the replacement, the trolley and the old heater unit and their sandals were not properly arranged, blocking the corridor and made it difficult for my neighbours to walk past.- A few miscommunications lead to an unpleasant experience. I checked with the worker if the warranty card needed Mr Plumber company stamp, as it had an empty space for “installed by”, and i was informed that they will instead give an invoice with the company stamp. I was fine with this but just wanted to double confirm with the boss and to get in black and white, so i asked Mr Plumber via whatsapp. After which, the worker seemed pissed that I “did not believe” him. Then Mr Plumber asked me if the workers did not give me the invoice, as he thought the workers had left. I then informed him they just finished installation and are going to give me the invoice now. After which the workers got pissed again and claimed that they have no rest time as their boss already asked them to go to another client, as i went to tell him that they have completed the installation. They left soon after without doing a proper cleaning and left my toilet in a little mess.I will still contact Mr Plumber but will request for a different worker next time.read more

Hdb toilet been having foul smell for 3 months. Contacted 4 plumbers. 2 came to access. No follow up. The other 2 no response. MR plumber was efficient in replying and arranging for his staff to come for repair within 3 days. Slightly more expensive(that’s why 1 star lesser) but it was worth it because we couldnt take the smell any more. They advised upfront should the bowl crack when removing. How much should we be paying to replace a new one. (It’s very impt so as to prevent dispute if ever such problem occurs) since this is the first time we are facing such issue. It’s all about setting the right expectations. Problem was caused by the contractor who installed the toilet bowl when we renovated. The s trap was broken so the faeces has been leaking under the bowl. They also advised another leakage in my house should be referred back to HDB which i already did. Reliable company. My storage tank was leaking and the water leading to my other bathroom Tap was insufficient. Tried to fix it but was unable to. I googled for reliable plumber services and came across Mr Plumber. Called them up for queries and quotation if there were hidden charges, they were very polite and ask me to WhatsApp some picture for them to see and provide advise. They recommended for an on-site inspection which cost around $30 and would advice more when they are on site. Although it a little costly, but after comparing with others, I find that Mr Plumber was the best option and most reliable. They were able to make appointments fast, compared to others which I am impressed as I am the type that would engaged those who make efforts to serve customers. Their Plumber also did their job, putting their heart to it which again I’m impressed by it. There were no hidden cost and on top of that, they performed their job and make appointments early, servicing their customers, putting their heart in it. My home uses an old mixer that is hard to find in the market. I managed to purchase one on my own and had Mr Plumber installed for me. However, the mixer gave me alot of problems as I did not realise that the one I bought was of a lesser quality.Mr Plumber is very patient and understanding. I goggle and read some of the reviews of some of the plumbing companies and majority of the reviews were negative being not reliable, hidden costs, etc, etc. Then I came to Mr. Plumber and the reviews were good and reliable so I call them. The person that answered my call was very polite. Told me to take a photo of the tap and sent via WhatsApp which I did. In couple of minutes, they came with a response and a quote. I agreed and told them on the time that their man can come to fix it. Their service man came on time, changed the tap and fixed the leak. I am not much of a Facebook user but I have decided I would do this review for a well-deserved company.I had this leaking problem from my rain shower system since early July. Initially I called a couple of plumbers to help with the repair. One said nobody would do so as the norm was to change the entire set. It sounded crazy to me as my rain shower system was only 11 years old. Another plumber said the required part was not available. After a while, I began to suspect either plumbers in Singapore do not know how to change parts or the trend in Singapore is really to remove old set and install new set when a problem arises.By the middle of July, the rain shower leaking problem intensified. This time, it was severe enough to fill one 6-litre pail in 24 hours. The rain shower was replaced with Hozelock connectors attached to a spray kit in the interim to stop the leak, buying us time to look for a solution. The hand shower could still be used without any problem. Eventually we decided to buy a new rain shower set with the GSS 2017 offer. In our opinion, it was a wasteful decision, but we felt there was no choice. After that, there was a new problem. Both plumbers I contacted earlier were not available anytime soon. I contacted one more plumber who confessed he did not know how to install the rain shower system.Somebody from hardwarezone forum recommended Mr Plumber SG. The user seldom posted in the forum but was registered since 2001. I gave Mr Plumber SG a call on 31 Jul (Mon) and finalised the deal at 11+ am. The plumbers turned up at 1 pm. Mind you, I did not take it seriously when I was told they would arrive around 1 pm. I gave them up to 5 pm to turn up, but they were on time.My problem is now resolved without any drama and I am happy. The plumbers were foreign workers but they knew how to install the rain shower system. Definitely would go to Mr Plumber Singapore in the future.
